Hi, my name is Ron and I am a native Texan. I have an
MBA from The University of Texas with an undergraduate degree from Baylor. My
wife, Pat and I are high school sweethearts and we have three grown children, a
daughter-in-law and son-in-law and one beautiful granddaughter, Tiffany.
Our youngest son lives in California and the rest of us live in the northwest
Frisco area within a mile of each other. We enjoy travel and Colorado is our
second home.

After leaving Atlantic Richfield after 20+ years in the oil & gas business I
have been a Realtor in Colorado and Texas. Since the 90's I have helped hundreds
buy and sell homes and investment properties. After 10 years with RE/MAX of
Texas and Perry & Butler of Denver, I am now a Real Estate Broker and part owner
of E-Team Realty, a full service real estate company.

In order to become the full service real
estate professional that I would like to be, I have formed a team. There are
three agents, including myself, Jeff Wimpy and his mother, Betty Wimpy. Our
team is able to distinguish ourselves from other Dallas real estate agents
through dedication and hard work, and this is why our business comes in the form
of referrals and past clients. We have two office managers, Pat and Tricia, who
are here to serve you as well. The advantage of having a team is multi-faceted,
but perhaps the most important element is that our clients are always taken care
of. One of us is always available and we watch out for each other's clients as
if they were our own. Not only do we work well together, we play together, laugh
together and hold each other accountable. This does not mean that you are passed
around to different agents. I work closely with each of my clients on a one-on-one basis. My
assistants help with the transaction co-ordination, but I am your REALTOR®. I am not a razzle-dazzle, song and dance agent. My goal
is to provide my clients honest, stellar, and professional real estate service
in a timely and efficient manner and have a little fun along the way.

As a full service Broker there are three
areas I have worked hard to master; Relocations, New Home Builds and Investment
Properties as well as working with Buyers & Sellers of local properties. My
relocation training began when I was with ARCO. Because I worked for an
international oil & gas company my family relocated more than 30
times in 30 years with two moves to Asia and back, so I know first hand what
is most important to my clients and their families. I have been in their shoes
numerous times. Hundreds of my clients have relocated from
different areas where real estate sales is a much different process than here.
