Bill McLean was born and
raised in Ajax and attended school at Lord Elgin, St. Andrews and Ajax High
School. On July 29, 1969, he joined the Toronto Police Force where he worked at
various Divisions in the downtown core. His police experience included almost 15
years in plainclothes and the Detective Office where he was a child/sexual and
domestic abuse investigator. The last 10 years of his service was spent at 53
Division where he was a uniform Sergeant, supervising a platoon of men and
women.
Bill moved to Pickering in
1980 and has lived there ever since. He has two children, Shannon and Brandon.
Brandon is currently attending University, and Shannon now has her Real Estate
License and has joined my team.
