Fay Herman began her career
in September, 1975 as a sales representative and became a broker in July 1978.
She owned a real estate company from December, 1988 until
December 1994 at which time she became an owner in her present company.
Fay achieved the RE/MAX Platinum Club Member level in 1997,
1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001.
Fay achieved the Chairman’s Club Award in 2002, 2003, 2004
and 2005. (The highest yearly production level in RE/MAX)
She also achieved the RE/MAX 100% Club Member level (the
third highest level of RE/MAX yearly productions) in 1995 and 1996.
In August of 1999 (less than 5 years after joining RE/MAX)
Fay became a RE/MAX “Hall of Fame” member.
In July of 2004 Fay received the RE/MAX Life Time
Achievement Award (the equivalent of 3 times the Hall of Fame requirements) Fay
has an ability, a gift, and a dedication unmatched in this profession. She
continues to lead the rest in sales production year after year.
She was born on January 26th and married on the same date.
Another famous guy was also born on that date a few years later. “Wayne Gretzky”
Fay works on a team with her son Dennis Herman and sales

Dennis was first licensed in February, 1991 as a
Sales Representative and became a Broker in July, 1993. He has been an owner
since the inception of the company on December 19, 1994.
Dennis achieved the RE/MAX 100% club member level (the third highest level of
RE/MAX yearly production) in 1996, 1997, 1998, 2003, and 2004, and became a
RE/MAX Platinum Club member (the second highest level of RE/MAX yearly
production) in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2005.
In December of 2001 (just under 7 years with RE/MAX) Dennis became a RE/MAX
“Hall of Fame” member.
Dennis works on a team with his famous mother “Fay Herman”, and sales
representative Liz McCutcheon.
