associate in both Rancho Penasquitos and Poway, Myles has earned the
coveted Platinum Club Award (top 1%) worldwide in 1998. Myles was also inducted
into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 1998 (top 1/2%) worldwide. Myles has just
received his membership in REBAC as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR),

ABOUT MYLES

Myles was first licensed in Real Estate in 1972 in Phoenix, Arizona selling land
in three states, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. He then joined a marketing
company in Phoenix and sold land in south central Colorado, mini farms if you
will, in one of the coldest spots in the USA. It turned out to be one of the
most fertile farming areas in Southern Colorado, near the San Luis Valley. Myles
relocated to San Diego in 1987 and has been successfully selling San Diego
residential real estate ever since.
Marketing/Internet
Myles has a motto; "Myles goes the extra mile;" which he includes in all of his
web sites, magazine ads and other printed materials. Myles has a total of 10 web
sites, seemingly increasing each month; in fact, he hired a national marketing
firm to see that these web sites are maintained and placed high in search
engines.
Buyers Agent-Lora O'Neill
Licensed since 1983 in New York City. Relocated to San Diego in
1985 and joined RE/MAX in 1991. Associated with Myles Weisman's sales team in
1996.
Lora is a very successful agent, with clients who say she never forgets to
return their calls. Lora is a professional agent with a large database of past
clients who say she is the best agent they have ever worked with. Buyers are
truly lucky to have someone like Lora work with them, she is dedicated to
